Leading professional video equipment maker Zacuto published a story written by our very-own Darryl Thoms on his food video shoot all across Mexico. Shooting food from morning to night is always a challenge – when the fantastic scrumptious dishes you watch being prepared for hours in the kitchen land on the table you want to tuck-in straight away – but having to wait to shoot them and watching them go cold before eating is the real down-side of such a project. Apart from that, the sights and sounds of Mexico, and working with Ralph Velasco (photographer) was a great, eye-opening experience!
